Version 2026-10-07-v2 · Account trial rules. Your completed, signed business agreement identifies the service provider and any agreed costs.

Your trial

A self-service software trial lasts 14 days from account creation. An assisted tablet pilot starts only at the date agreed after setup and handover. Request it through the pilot page. No card is required and no paid subscription starts automatically.

Charges and equipment

Demo prices are examples, not an order. Monthly fees, usage allowances, overages, setup fees and tablet ownership must be confirmed in writing before charges are incurred. Continuing after the trial requires a separate paid agreement. Loaned tablet return conditions must appear in that agreement.

What is available

Customer tabs, receipts, store information and offer drafts are software tools. Automatic texts and phone answering require separate approval, connection and testing. A demo does not send a real order, call or booking. Availability, delivery, increased sales and debt recovery are not guaranteed.

Your records and customers

You must be authorized to manage the business, verify balances and business information, keep backups, and obtain documented customer permission for each texting purpose. Giving a phone number or agreeing to receipts does not by itself authorize promotional texts. Never upload payment-card details, government IDs, medical records or passwords belonging to others.

Use of the service

No purchased contact lists, cross-business marketing, tobacco or vape promotions, harassment, or deceptive debt demands. JustAks does not lend money, decide credit eligibility, process payments or collect debts on behalf of stores. Customer STOP requests must be honored. Access may be restricted to prevent abuse.

Cancellation and support

You may stop using the self-service trial at any time. An assisted pilot can be cancelled from its setup page. After a trial ends, new entries stop while existing records remain viewable and exportable. Send requests about paid cancellation, disputes, privacy or deletion to your JustAks setup representative using the contact stated in your written agreement. Confirm that contact and the provider’s legal identity before handover.
