Information used

JustAks stores account email, a password hash, session records, business details, customer names and phone numbers, purchases, payments, balances, permissions and delivery status. It also records trial-policy acknowledgment and permission evidence references. Only supply information you are authorized to provide.

Purpose and sharing

We use this information to operate and support your workspace, protect access and provide features you activate. Hosted services use Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. If approved texting is connected, the messaging provider receives recipient numbers and message content. We do not sell customer data or texting consent, or use one store’s customer list for another store’s advertising.

Private records and public pages

Customer accounts are restricted to the signed-in store workspace. Publishing a store page makes its business name, hours, address, contact details, categories and current offers publicly available. Customer names, tabs and balances are excluded. Review business details before publishing; you can turn publication off in Store details.

Cookies and device storage

A session cookie keeps you signed in. The demo saves custom sample settings on the device where you use it. Do not enter real customer information in the public demo. Demo data is not a business backup.

Requests and retention

Store owners can export their records from the workspace, including after a trial ends. Ending a trial does not automatically delete those records. Contact the JustAks representative identified in your written agreement for access, correction, deletion or retention questions. Requests require identity and authority verification; applicable legal recordkeeping and opt-out suppression needs may affect deletion. No automatic deletion schedule is currently enabled.

Customer texting choices

Receipt permission and promotional permission are separate. Keep the actual consent record, not just a checked box. If automated texting is activated, STOP suppresses further messages for that store. Requests through other reasonable channels should be passed to the store and JustAks for suppression. START does not automatically re-enable permission in this system.

Contact before handover

Your signed agreement must name the actual service provider and a working privacy/support contact. Ask your setup representative to supply these before using the service with real customers.
