One store location: customer tabs, purchases, payments, credit limits, receipts, due-date dashboard, and SMS offers and reminders only once separately connected, approved and tested. Phone answering, register integration, printing, payment processing and custom work are excluded unless added in writing.
The trial software fee is $0. Hardware, carrier registration, SMS allowance and any other costs must be listed and approved in a signed order before they are incurred. If no allowance or spending cap is agreed, customer texting remains off. No automatic renewal or card charge occurs at the end of the trial.
The store checks balances and phone numbers, authorizes staff, provides internet and accurate approved store information, and obtains and retains separate customer permission for account texts and promotions. Signing this business agreement is not customer consent. No purchased contact lists or unapproved age-restricted promotions.
The store owns its customer records. JustAks may process them only to provide and support the service and does not sell customer data or use it for another store's marketing. Keep passwords private. The store can download its records, including if the trial ends.
Equipment remains with its stated owner. Loaned equipment must be returned with supplied accessories within 7 days after cancellation or trial end. Ordinary wear is excluded; documented damage or loss is limited to the replacement value agreed in the signed order. Either party can end the trial by written notice.
This is a pilot, with no guarantee of uninterrupted service, message delivery, sales increases or debt recovery. Keep a backup and verify entries. JustAks provides software and messaging tools, not debt collection, credit decisions or a payment processor.
Continue only after the store approves a separate paid order with the monthly price and allowance. Otherwise new entries and outbound automation stop; records remain viewable and exportable. Customer messaging opt-outs remain effective. Both parties must sign the completed pilot agreement before assisted go-live.
